So sadden to hear of the loss of your Dad. He & your Mother had such a huge impact & helped my parents when they first moved here way back when. Many fond memories of him. Thinking of all of you.

I want to extend my sincerest condolences to Dick's family and his many friends. Dick was a first class gentleman who for many years has always been ready to offer a hardy and warm greeting whenever I saw him. Please be assured of a special place in my thoughts and prayers during these difficult days. I will offer a mass for Dick here in South Boston this week. Blessings and Peace, Fr.Steve Madden

MaryEllen and kids,
What a wonderful person! I had so many great conversations with him while picking up the kids at Playmates! He was always ready with a smile and story! I enjoyed seeing him everyday! What a great grandfather:)
So sorry for your loss.

To the MacDonald Family,
I am always saddened by the passing of a Hibernian and Kof C Brother. This is especially true when he is a very dear friend as well. Dick was an exemplary husband, father, brother, friend and a true Catholic gentleman. He was happiest when he was with his family. His grandchildren were his greatest joy. When he was not with them, he was talking about them. My life was richer like that of many others who were fortunate enough to have been his friends. Dick and his family will be in our thoughts and prayers as they go through this very difficult time of loss.
