Phyllis Higgins Obituary

Phyllis Higgins - Figueiredo, age 67 of Watertown, passed away on December 10, 2023. Loving mother to Jason Figueiredo, Amanda Moxley & her husband Steven, Shannon Higgins, Brian Higgins & Brittany Higgins. Cherished grandmother to 9 grandchildren. Dear sister to Diane Dillon, Ernie Figueiredo, Barbara Aste, Irene Figueiredo and the late Betty Lou Clifford & David Figueiredo. Devoted daughter to the late Ernesto & Elizabeth (Testa) Figueiredo.

Family and friends are welcome to come celebrate Phyllis' life by gathering for a Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church in Watertown on Saturday December 23, 2023 at 10 AM. Burial will be help privately.
