Phillip Cloutier, Age 89, of Watertown, passed away on Saturday April 11, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Lillian (Testa) Cloutier. Devoted father of Paul Cloutier and Philip Cloutier & his wife Lynda. Cherished grandfather of Cameron & Vincent Cloutier. A private service will be held by the family. Arrangements made by the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main St., Watertown.
