Mary Piscopo

           Mary L. (Ceddia) Piscopo, age 94 of Watertown, July 2, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Armand M. Piscopo. Loving mother to Michael Piscopo & Nancy of Dudley and the late Maria Ferranti & her husband Joseph. Cherished Grandmother to Mia Wedda and her husband Christopher, Lissa Mudd & her husband Steve & Stephen Piscopo. Dear Great Grandmother to Logan & Reece Wedda.

           Mary was a graduate of Watertown High School and worked at the Watertown Arsenal during WWII. She then attended hair dressing school and worked as a hairdresser for many years in Belmont. She was an active member of St. Luke's Parish in Belmont and participated in the Prayer Shawl Ministry there. She loved quilting and sewing and made blankets for donation to local children. 

            She had a special fondness for dogs and the family requests that donations in her memory be made to the Mass. Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in lieu of flowers, MSPCA 350 South Huntington Avenue, Boston MA 02130

          Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects at the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main Street, Watertown on Wednesday, July 8th from 4 - 6 P.M. A mass and burial will be held at a later date.
