Mary (Thrift) Dirrane

     Mary E. (Thrift) Dirrane age 88 of North Billerica, MA (lived the first 55 years of her life in Watertown, MA) died suddenly May 6,2024. She was married to the love of her life; the late Michael J Dirrane for 67 years. She was a devoted mother to Michael J Dirrane Jr. & his wife Eileen of Bedford, James Dirrane of Watertown, Peggy Prendergast Doyle of North Billerica & Stephen Dirrane & his wife Habiba of Concord. Cherished 'Momo' to Eden Dirrane Prendergast, Martin Prendergast III, Aine Dirrane, Michael J Dirrane III, Patrick Dirrane, Shannon Boyda, Amal Dirrane, Iman Dirrane, Esma Dirrane and cherished friend Cayleigh Baillargeon. Also survived by her brother Robert Thrift of AZ.  Predeceased by her sister Pauline Greene. She leaves her niece and 5 nephews, “Marys girls”, and many other special friends and family members.

    Family and friends are welcome to come celebrate Mary's life by gathering at the Nardone Funeral Home 373 Main street Watertown on Saturday from 9 to 1030AM,
followed by an 11AM funeral mass in St Patrick's church. Burial in St Patrick's Cemetery.
