Mary (Basile) Aversa

   Mary (Basile) Aversa, age 93 of Waltham passed away on March 10, 2025. Devoted Mother to Angelo Aversa & his wife Marcela, Adriana Akt & her husband Walter, Lisa Comis and Elaine Aversa. Cherished grandmother, lovingly known as "Nanny", to Wally, Julianna, Thomas, Caroline, Steven, Lauren, Melanie and Joseph; great grandmother to Marianna, Anthony, Gianna & Carmello. Dear sister to Grace Doyle, John Basile and the late Angelo Basile & Carmelo Basile. 

   Family and Friends are welcome to come celebrate Mary's life by gathering at the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main Street in Watertown on Thursday March  13th, 2025 for visiting hours from 4 to 6 pm, and again on Friday March 14, 2025 at 9 am followed by a 10 AM funeral mass in Sacred Heart Church, Waltham. Burial to follow in Newton Cemetery.
