            James J. Scarfo, Jr. age 85, of Watertown, passed away on February 7, 2021. Beloved husband to the late Nancy (Doria) Scarfo. Loving father of James, III, William, Roberta, Anthony & his wife Kendrith and Brenda Scarfo. Cherished “Papa” to 7 grandchildren. Dear brother of Ruth Scarfo and the late Daniel Scarfo.
