Irene (LeConti) Cannalonga, age 95 of Belmont, formerly of Watertown, passed away July 19, 2026. Beloved wife to the late Frank Cannalonga. Loving mother of Donna Analetto, & her husband Anthony, Paula Roy and Thomas Cannalonga. Cherished Nana to 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Dear sister to Dorothy Girouard, Anthony LeConti and the late Michal LeConti, Barbara Picazio.
Irene lived a long, happy, and fulfilling life centered around the people and pastimes she loved most. She cherished every moment spent with her family, enjoyed cheering on her beloved Boston Red Sox, looked forward to lively games of bingo, and spent many wonderful years with friends at the Sons of Italy in Watertown. She also enjoyed her time working at Yolanda's Juice Bar, where she formed many lasting friendships and was known for her warm smile and welcoming nature. Irene will be remembered most for her contagious laugh, warm heart, and outgoing personality, which brought joy to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her kindness, sense of humor, and love of life will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Family and friends are welcome to come celebrate Irene's life by gathering for a visitation hour in the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main Street, Watertown on Thursday July 23, 2026 from 10 - 11 AM followed by an 11 AM Funeral Home Service. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery.
