A MESSAGE WRITTEN BY HER PARENTS:

Loved but never forgotten a little angel you are now. Your spirit will live on forever, our love for you is unfathable and may your smiles lighten up our day for many years to come. Our love for you is so pure for it was too soon for you to leave us as every day your life was the highlight of many people. For the odds were not in Eliza's favor she was a warrior that proved many wrong she is the best little girl anyone could have asked for she is loved by many and loves her parents, her grandparents, great grandparents , aunts, and uncles. They will be in remembrance of Eliza Ruth Aidoo and forever she will beat the odds and will always be loved and cared for as she moves on and meets family members that watched over her as she was fighting adversity throughout her life, she was loved and will never be forgotten. Eliza loves reading books: Peter Rabbit, Sandra Boynton books, Eric Carle, The many stories of Winnie the Pooh, are a few of her favorites. She loves to hear songs. You Are My Sunshine, A You're Adorable, and The Itsy Bitsy Spider were a few of her favorites. She loved to sleep sideways in her crib with her feet on the bumpers. Like a teenager laying on the floor with their feet on the couch. She loves to be snuggled and squeezed with lots of kisses. Eliza has her very own Facebook group "Our Little Warrior Eliza~Ruth" where she has a ton of friends who have followed her since before she was born. This group along with Watertown Police Department and Watertown Fire Department gave her a very special welcoming with a car parade baby shower. Eliza wasn't there though. She never left the hospital. She has been working so hard getting stronger to come home to her loving family. Her family was just starting discharge meetings and preparing for her to come home. It was a joyous time. Everyone is devastated by her loss. Though bringing her into this world was a tricky adventure all the light she brought when she was born made it completely worth it. She gave everyone hope and inspired many. She fought hard each day and made her family so proud, she was the best gift anyone could ever ask for. Her beautiful smile will always be in our hearts. She will always be our Angel Girl.
