Edward Hastie

   Edward Hastie, age 97 of Watertown, passed away on March 24, 2026. Edward was the beloved husband of the late Eileen (Ellis) Hastie. He is survived by his cherished daughter, Lorraine Gallella, and her children: Matthew Gallella, Murphy Waltman and her husband William, Amanda Monsini and her husband Tim, James Gallella and his fiance Vivien Kalpakidis, Leann Woodland and her husband David, and Laura Zabchuk and her husband Brian. He also leaves behind his great-grandchildren: Ashton Gallella, Winter Rose Waltman, Audrina Tierney, Olivia Tierney, Sophia Porter and Avery  Zabchuk. Additionally, Edward is survived by his stepchildren: Donald Lambert and his wife Joy, Ann Desmond and her husband Daniel, Edward Lambert and his wife Karen, and Robert Lambert, along with many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was also the dear brother to Robert Hastie & his wife Marie. 

    Family and friends are welcome to come celebrate Ed's life by gathering for visiting hours in the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main St. Watertown on Saturday March 28, 2026 from 10-12 NOON followed by a 12 NOON funeral home service. Burial to follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery.
