Edward Goguen

     Edward J. Goguen, Sr., Age 85, of Waltham, previously of Brockton, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2024.  Devoted husband to the late Jeannette (Antonellis) Goguen.  Loving father of Edward Goguen Jr. & his wife Tabatha.  Cherished Grandpa to Arianna & Alexander, whom he was so proud of.  Dear brother to Sandra Young and the late George Goguen & Anna St. Onge. 
     After retirement Ed devoted his time to care for Jeannette and to appreciate RV life traveling frequently to Nevada, Myrtle Beach, and spending many summers working as a park ranger at Normandy Farms Family Camping Resort in Foxboro.  Ed and Jeannette also kept busy volunteering at the Waltham Council on Aging Senior Center.  Ed was an avid reader of James Patterson novels and loved staying active by walking many miles 3 to 4 days a week. 
      Family and friends are welcome to come celebrate Ed's life by gathering for Visiting Hours in the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main St, Watertown on Thursday May 9th from 4 to 7PM and again on Friday May 10th at 9AM for a funeral home service.  Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ed's memory to the APCSM Animal Protection Center of Southeastern Massachusetts, 1300 W. Elm St., Brockton, MA 02301
