Edith Marino Obituary

            Edith (Angelosanto) Marino, Age 92, of Newton, passed away on January 2, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Louis "Lukie" Marino. Loving mother of Janice Marino of Westwood, Stephen Marino of Shrewsbury, Paul Marino & his wife Debra of Norwood, Marsha Marino of Waltham, Michelle Howard & her husband Jeffrey H. of Newton and David Marino & his wife Marianne of Wilmington. Devoted grandmother A.K.A 'Ma' 'Grenya' and 'Grammy Edie' to Jill Lebert & her husband Adam, Nicole Marino, Lindsay Mitchell & her husband Tony, Christina Shaughnessy & her husband Jimmy, Danielle, Ryan, Eric and Jeffrey Howard, Kerrianne and Joseph Marino, and 7 great-grandchildren. Dear sister to the late Mary Anzalone and her late husband Eddie, Agnes Pacitto and her late husband Bill and Louise Maregni & her late husband Al.

            Edith was the retired executive secretary to an assistant deputy Superintendent of the Boston Public School Systems.

            Family and friends are welcome to Celebrate Edith's Life by gathering for a Visitation Hour in the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main St., WATERTOWN, on Wednesday, from 9 - 10 am, followed by a 10:30 Funeral Mass in Our Lady's Parish in Newton. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, entombment will be held privately by the family.
