Domenic Fucci

               Domenic J. Fucci, Jr. of Watertown, MA, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at the age of 73 from pancreatic cancer. He was born in Newton, MA to Theresa (Wood) Fucci and Domenic J. Fucci, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen P. (Furey) Fucci, his sister Patricia Martocchia of Watertown, and his three children and their spouses: Matthew J.Fucci & Vail Fucci of Newton, Michelle & Adrianna Gucciardi of Waltham, and Kara & Jonah Temple of Waltham. He also leaves behind six beloved grandchildren, to whom he will always be Papa: Ben Fucci (8), Olivia Temple (7), Rosalind Fucci (6), Joseph Gucciardi (6), Riley Temple (5) and Stefano Domenic Gucciardi (3).
              Domenic graduated from Watertown High School in 1967, Boston College in 1971 and obtained a Masters in Finance from Bentley University. He became a Certified Public Accountant and provided accounting services to individuals and businesses for over 40 years.
              On May 20, 1977, he married Kathleen Fucci and they raised their family in Watertown. Faith and family were very important to Domenic. He was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Jude’s Parish in Waltham and also served as President of the St. Vincent dePaul Society. He was a member of the Sons of Italy in Watertown. He enjoyed traveling, including two trips to Tuscany, Italy, watching sports and gardening.

                Family and friends are welcome to come celebrate Domenic's life by gathering for visiting hours in the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main St. Watertown on Wednesday from 5-8 PM and again on Thursday at 10:30 AM followed by an 11:30 AM Funeral Mass in St. Jude's Parish, 147 Main St. Waltham. Burial in Ridgelawn Cemetery.
