Carol (Bacon) Nichols

     Carol (Bacon) Nichols, age 73 of N. Attleborough and formerly of Wayland, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2026 in the presence of family. Carol was born on November 24th, 1952 in Chelsea, Massachusetts to William and Jane (Hobbie) Bacon. She grew up in Lexington, MA where she participated in the Girl Scouts, an organization she continued to be involved with throughout her life. She received her bachelor’s degree from Salem State University with a major in History and a minor in Education.
     Beloved wife to the late Richard Nichols. Loving mother of Christopher Nichols and his wife Julia of Manchester, NH and Megan Nichols of East Dennis, MA. Dear sister of Debbie Janeway of Richmond Hill, GA. Best friend of Carol Damon of Taunton, MA.
