Mary (Muccio) Cooper

             Mary (Muccio) Cooper, age 90 of Arlington, passed away on October 21, 2018 following a stroke. Mary worked for Cedar Crest in Arlington where she served as property manager for over 50 years. She was quite active in the Sons of Italy Watertown where she served on the board in various positions. She also served on the State Board as State Trustee. Mary was president of the National Secretaries Association Boston; private secretary to V.P. Raytheon Lexington; private secretary to president of an R&D company in Cambridge. 

              Mary is survived by her beloved children Gail Ann Colaruotolo & her husband Joe and Alan Cooper & his wife Pattie. Her proud grandchildren Mark Cooper, John & his wife Lauren Colaruotolo and Laura Jones. Her precious great grandchildren Dakota Cooper, Eva, Luca and Leo Colaruotolo and Audrey and Gavin Jones. She also leaves behind her dear siblings: Lucy Mercurio, Rose Goad & her husband John and Millie Walker & her husband Jim. 

          Family and friends will celebrate Mary's life by gathering for visiting hours in The Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main St., WATERTOWN, on Friday October 26th from 5-7 PM. All may gather on Saturday October 27th for an 11 AM Funeral Mass in St. Patrick’s Church. Burial private.
