John Caban

            John Caban, age 98 of Waltham, passed away on December 13, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 61 years to the late Antoinette (Cucinotta) Caban. Father of David Caban & his wife Diane of Bedford, NH, John Caban & his wife Deborah of Bedford, MA, Mary Anne Caban & her husband Ignatius Johnson of Burlington, MA and Paul Caban & his wife Lucy of Waltham, MA. Cherished Grandpa to Michael Caban, Christine Caban Donahue, David Caban, Sarah Caban, Jennifer Caban, Nicholas Johnson, Kevin Johnson, Julissa Caban and the late Matthew. Great grandfather of Caroline, Olivia, Joseph, Emily and Elise. Dear brother of Norma McVarish of Dorchester.  John was a WWII Army Air Corps Veteran. John served  from 1941 ~ 1945 as a Machinist.  

            Family and friends will celebrate John's life by gathering for visiting hours in The Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main St., WATERTOWN, on Friday December 21, 2018 from 5-7 PM.  A prayer service will be held at 7 pm along with Military Honors. Burial Saturday at 11 AM in Mount Feake Cemetery.
