Arthur Smith, Age 74, of Watertown, passed away on August 6, 2018. Devoted father of Juliette Smith of Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Watertown. Loving companion of 40 Years to Rita Foglia of Watertown. US Army Veteran. At the request of the family funeral services will be private. Arrangements made by the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main St. Watertown.
