Ann (Wood) Murphy

          Our beloved Ann, age 88 of Watertown for 50+ years, Westwood for 10 & Leominster for 6 years, passed peacefully on May 14, 2017. Devoted wife of 63 years to the late John Murphy. Loving mother of Paul Murphy and his wife Heather of Leominster. Beloved Grammy to Sean actively serving in the US Navy & Meghan Murphy of Allston, MA. Dear sister to the late Jean Wood. Ann worked at Kennedy Butter & Eggs Store, The Card Store both in Watertown and was a volunteer at the poll booths. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, ceramics, vacationing in Prince Edward Island, Canada and Aruba, Alaska Hawaii and numerous cruises. She & John had traveled across country twice with their dog. She loved spending time with her family, grandchildren, friends and her dog. Heaven has received a blessed angel and she will be missed dearly.

          Visiting hours will take place in the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main St. Watertown on Thursday from 4-7 PM. A funeral home service will be held Friday at 10 AM.
