William Corrigan

On November 17th, at age 86, with his beloved wife of nearly 62 years, Theresa (McIntyre) holding his hand, William Corrigan entered into eternal rest.

His legacy of love will be continued by his 5 children Kelly, Jane, Billy and his wife Pam Koch, Lynne Johanson and her husband David, Judy Johanson and her husband Steve, 9 Grandchildren. 3 Great Grandchildren, his brother Donald, cherished nieces and nephews and countless dear friends.

As promised with our faith, he will be reunited with his family members who have gone on before him, especially his parents Veronica and William, his sister Mary Femia, brothers Paul and Jack, and precious grandson Andrew.

He was a kind and gentle man with a heartfelt laugh and the sincerest smile on earth.  The twinkle in his eye shined brightest when he was surrounded by family and friends, singing Irish tunes and spending time in Wells, Maine brought him the greatest joys!

Rich with faith, love and song, any gathering of loved ones would result in him saying "It doesn't get any better than this."

A true gentleman who served his family, his country in the US Navy and his faith.

Well done, good and faithful servant.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday November 25th at 11:00 AM in St. Patrick's Church, Watertown.  Visiting Hours will be held on Wednesday November 23rd in the Nardone Funeral Home, 373 Main Street, Watertown from 4 to 7 PM.  Burial will take place in the VA National Cemetery in Bourne on Monday November 28th at 1:00 PM.
